This notice regulates the use of the service of the Internet portal “www.amivega.es” that María Terol Rocasolano, with DNI. No. 24383329-V and registered office at C/ del Vinalopó, 4, 46021 València, Spain makes available to Internet users.
Users undertake to use the contents made available on the portal, meaning, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, in accordance with the law, especially the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law approved by Royal Decree 1/1996 of April 12, 1996, as well as with morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, and, in particular, undertake to refrain from reproducing, copying, distributing, making available or, in any other way, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the aforementioned contents.
The client shall refrain from carrying out any conduct in the use of the portal that infringes the intellectual or industrial property rights of María Terol Rocasolano or third parties, or that violates or transgresses the honor, personal or family privacy or the image of third parties, or that is illicit or offensive to morality, and shall in any case indemnify María Terol Rocasolano against any judicial or extrajudicial claim that may be filed against it as a consequence of such use.
Users must refrain from obtaining or even attempting to obtain the contents by using means or procedures other than those which, as the case may be, have been made available to them for this purpose or have been indicated for this purpose on the web pages where the contents are to be found.
The contents are the intellectual property of María Terol Rocasolano, and none of the exploitation rights that exist or may exist on said contents beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the portal may be understood as assigned to the user.
Users acknowledge that the reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, use of reverse engineering techniques or any other means to obtain the source code of the portal, transformation or publication of any results, tests, unauthorized references, of any of the elements and utilities integrated within the María Terol Rocasolano portal constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights. Consequently, users expressly agree not to perform any of the aforementioned actions.
Users shall refrain from using the portal to destroy, alter, disable or damage data, programs or documents belonging to María Terol Rocasolano or third parties, as well as from introducing or spreading programs, viruses, “worms”, “Trojan Horses”, or any physical or electronic instrument or device that causes or is likely to cause any type of alteration in the Network, in the system, or in the equipment of third parties.
Likewise, all trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the portal are the property of María Terol Rocasolano, without it being understood that the use or access to the portal attributes to the user any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
María Terol Rocasolano shall not be liable for the inadequate functioning of the portal, if this is due to maintenance work, to incidents beyond its control, to a defective configuration of the users’ equipment or to its insufficient capacity to support the computer systems essential to be able to make use of the service.
Users and, in general, those who intend to establish a hyperlink between their web page and the portal must comply with the following conditions:
- the hyperlink will only allow access to the home page or home page of the portal, but may not reproduce them in any way;
- no frame will be created on the web pages of the portal;
- no false, inaccurate or incorrect statements or indications shall be made about María Terol Rocasolano.
- it shall not be stated or implied that María Terol Rocasolano has authorized the hyperlink or that it has supervised or assumed in any way the services offered or made available on the web page where the hyperlink is established;
- with the exception of those signs that form part of the hyperlink itself, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to María Terol Rocasolano and
- The web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain information or contents that are illicit, contrary to morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor shall it contain contents contrary to any third party rights.
The establishment of the hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of a relationship between María Terol Rocasolano and the owner of the web page in which it is established, nor the acceptance and approval by María Terol Rocasolano of its contents or services. María Terol Rocasolano is not responsible in any way nor does it guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness or morality of the aforementioned contents or services that the establishment of the hyperlink may offer. Users expressly agree to exempt the company from any liability related to the establishment of the hyperlink. The user assumes sole responsibility for any consequences, damages or actions that may arise from accessing the hyperlinked website.
